Fees & Contracts
Having discussed your needs on the phone or at a meeting I
will
offer you a contract for the current year. There is no subscription fee
for these services which are charged at an hourly rate for time spent
in meetings, making telephone calls, and providing help and
information. Travel time and expenses are also charged. I am
effectively on
call, by mobile phone if necessary, to help you if you
run into difficulties or just need some support or information.
FACT FINDING MEETING
I will guide you through the key administrative procedures and
requirements when moving to France and settling in, make phone calls,
answer specific
questions and deal with any immediate problems.
Duration of meeting : Up to 2 hours.
Payment
at end of meeting.
Fee: 90
euros
GENERAL FEES
Basic hourly rate: 46 euros/hour for administration, research,
phone calls etc, including travel time from my address - reduced rates
for distances over 50 kms.
All meetings with you or with third parties: i.e. professional
bodies, the
French administration, artisans and on site visits.

Work concerning or preparing for
tax declarations:
60-75
euros/hour with fixed rate for visit to an accountant. Please ask for
details.
Expenses:
Exceptional or out of pocket costs charged
Travel:
0,60cts
/ km
Visits:
Minimum 1 hour charged plus travel time/kms.
Weekend or Night
callout [ after 8pm ] surcharge of
50 euros.
Payment:
By cheque or cash at the end of
the first
meeting
and thereafter when invoiced.
